All drop-in classes are $20 unless otherwise noted.

Advance purchase is not required for regularly scheduled classes (bonus classes and special events may require payment upon reservation.)

You will see the option to select a package during the registration process. When you come in for class, just check in at the front desk!

The Intro Month is valid to all students ONCE per lifetime.

It includes unlimited classes for 30 consecutive days, beginning on the date of purchase (bonus classes and workshops not included.)

To cancel autopay, just login to your Momence account, and cancel.

(You cannot cancel by email)

As a general rule, wear something you can stretch in.

For warm yoga classes (up to and over 90 degrees) wear something you can sweat in.

For yin, meditation and other classes, wear something you can sit comfortably in.

We provide Complimentary Yoga Mat Rental (while supplies last!)

But you're welcome to bring your own mat if you'd like!

Note: we do not provide towels.

Doors will open 15-20 minutes prior to class start time. Doors automatically lock at class start time.

Note: Out of respect for the teacher & other students in class, we do not permit late entry. No Shows/Late arrivals will be charged an additional $5.

Parking is free for 2 hours on Main Street, Lewis Street and other surrounding side streets.

You may cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before class starts, through our scheduling app. No-shows will be charged an additional $5. There are no refunds if you miss class due to being late.
